This online course walks through five modules of the Community College Research Center's SSIPP model of holistic student support. "SSIPP" refers to "Sustained, Strategic, Integrated, Personalized, and Proactive" support mechanisms, reimagining student success work in a variety of ways. Throughout this module, you'll be presented with an overview of each aspect of the model, and then asked to complete a self-reflection of strategy, culture, policy, and practice at your institution. These results, in combination with feedback from DIA staff, will be used to formulate your student success strategic plan.
